Profile
STPI Curug is one of the college official who is under the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. STPI Curug Legok district located in Tangerang Regency Kewedanaan Curug Banten Province.
STPI Curug has duties and functions to educate the nation's best sons and daughters of Indonesia to be a human resources expert and skilled in the field of aviation, which is recognized nationally and internationally.
In carrying out its duties and functions Curug STPI has 4 (four) department of education, the Department of Aviation, Department of Aviation, Aviation Safety Department and the Department of Aviation Management. Every department of education is divided into several courses in accordance with the interests and talents education and training participants.
The curriculum and syllabus of education and training conducted by STPI Curug mangacu on national standards (Ministry of National Education) and international (International Civil Aviation Organization = ICAO), which is expected of each graduate STPI Curug able to compete both domestically and abroad.
Patterns of education and training for each student, referring to the pattern of academic education, physical, mental and discipline. Thus required for each student to live in the dormitory during the training took place under the supervision of mentors.

Educate and train cadets become pilots qualified Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Multy Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR).

Airforce birth history stems from the formation of People's Security Agency (BKR) on the date August 23, 1945, in order to strengthen air fleet was very lack of aircraft and other facilities. In line with its development into the People's Security Army (TKR), on October 5, 1945 with a flight department TKR under Soerjadi Soerjadarma Air Commodore.
1. Indonesian, not TNI soldiers, police and civil servants members.
2.Bertaqwa to God Almighty.
3.Obedience to the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution
4.Age at least 18 years, maximum 22 years (calculated at the time pemhukaan education).
5.Must consent of a parent / guardian.
6.Body not less than 163 cm and minimum length of 100 cm leg.
7. Physical and spiritual 7.Sehat drug free and no glass eyes.
8.Certified High School (SMU) A1/A2/IPA majors with an average rating of the National Final Examination Score at least 7 no value less than 6.5. Graduates in 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004 at least 6.5 and no score less than 6.
9.Well and not lose the right to become Private Army, represented by Certificate from the local police.
10.Never married and could not get married, during the first education.
11. through First Service Association (IDP) at least 10 (ten) years as from appointed a Second Lieutenant.
12.Employees must be approved and able to make a statement dismissed with respect of the management of the institution concerned if the selection and graduated first in military education.
13.Inspection and testing include:
a. Posture and outward.
b. Administration.
c. Health.
d. Physical Kesemaptaan.
e. Psychology.
f. Mental Ideology.
g. Talent Test Fly.
h. Academic: PPKN, English, Physics and Mathematics.
